Is there a free salon booking system I can use instead?
Every salon gets SalonManager free for 14 days, full features, no card. After that it's Rs 3,000/month. Truly free tools exist (a paper book, Google Forms) but none send WhatsApp confirmations or block double bookings. We wrote an honest comparison in our guide to free booking options in Sri Lanka.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Register your salon and you get 14 days with full features, no card, no payment details. When the trial ends, pick the plan that fits. Your data stays safe either way.
How do I pay? Do you take card payments?
Right now we keep it simple and local: pay by bank transfer or cash, and we activate your plan the same day. Online payment is coming soon.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Start on Basic, and when you hire your second barber or open a branch, move up to Pro or Premium, and your bookings and services come with you.
Can I get one Premium feature without the full Premium plan?
In many cases, yes. Some features can be added to a lower plan for a small add-on price. Message us on WhatsApp and tell us what you need.
What if I stop paying?
You get a 7-day grace period with a reminder. After that your booking page pauses until payment, but your data, services and customer history are kept safe, not deleted.
Is Rs 3,000 really the price? What's the catch?
No catch. Basic is Rs 3,000/month, about the price of a few haircuts, because we want every small salon in Sri Lanka to afford proper bookings. We earn when you grow into the bigger plans.
